In order to find balance peace and harmony in a dualistic world we need to recconnect to our higher and lower aspects - all that we are. The way we do this is to slow down our life reduce the distractions and to start to listen to ourselves. This is where meditation , yoga , Chi Gong etc are so useful as they help us to reconnect to who we truly are. When we are in a quiet space within ourselves we can all hear the prompts from our soul - our inner self. Most of us resist this - often fearing our own power after so long being restricted by convention How ever as the structures we have relied on for so long fall away we are forced back within to come up with new ideas that will better serve our new sense of self.
As we awaken to a deeper connection of ourselves we understand how we have become unbalanced with our true nature.
As we look deeper into ourselves away from the world stage and away from any rules and dogma from the past we can begin to connect to ourselves in a whole new way.
It can be hard - realizing who we really are- as we strip away the pretence - and see what lies beneath the outer trimmings we have focussed our life on until now. However being our true self is the only way we find peace and harmony in our lives. Often we perform for others when really we are hiding our truth beneath a plethora of pain and fear of revealing our true self. Once we awaken to the fact that we only attract to ourselves what we need to reveal our true selves we start to investigate our behaviouand beliefs and start to take responsibility for our lives and to understand how creation works. Being our true self we can move forward and create the life we truly long for - a life of peace and harmony - a life based on love.
