In the UK the birds sing a special song to welcome in the growing of all plants- herbs- flowers - seeds- all living things- all new life! Their song is what makes all new life take form. Can we learn to create new life from our song? Of course! However we have to allow our own song to emerge!
Many of us have lived within rules and regulations for so long that we do not know what it is to be free. Living in confinement carries a teaching that encourages us to break free by showing us what and who we are. Within confinement we begin to connect with a deep part of ourself - when all ditractions are removed we can connect to our core and see who we really are.
